Toxins in the body |
There are some good products on the market that help you to cleanse your body. However I will present a natural way. How long does it normally take to cleanse your body from toxins? Normally this is accomplished over a few days.
Some people are vegetarians by choice. They will eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and fiber. I am not suggesting you become a vegetarian. However, if you were to eat nothing but fruits and vegetables for 3-5 days you would cleanse the body of toxins. Apples are a big part of this. The old saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" is true. In addition, you would lose a couple pounds while eliminating toxins from the body.
What I am suggesting is to try and eat fruits and vegetables for 3 to 5 days. You can even add a little meat with it. Leave the rice and potatoes out of it they are not vegetables but starch. If you want to eat rice and potatoes don't eat meat with it but fruits and vegetables. At the end of this time you will find yourself feeling better and having more get up and go. You will find that the toxins will be flushed out of your system and you will feel like a new person.
This is a very healthy way of cleaning out your system and losing a few pounds in the process.

Incredibly informative post! It pays to have those vegetables on the plate. You simply can not load your system up with a bunch of food that is hard to process without fibrous nutrients-it will surely rebel and make you pay for the "abuse" eventually.
ReplyDeleteI am not much of a big red meat or chicken eater but I do consume those two types of meat, I am sure to have a double order of veggies because being bloated and gassed up is not something I care to experience.
Once again, great post! I will repost it on Twitter and Facebook so folks can have a thing or two to think about.
